These terms govern access to Codex API, the dashboard, API gateway, and balance top-up features.
Service
Codex API provides a dashboard, sk-cxa-* API keys, and an OpenAI-compatible gateway at https://staging.pro-ai.online/v1 and https://staging.pro-ai.online/backend-api/codex.
The service receives the user's request, checks the key and balance, processes the request through Codex API infrastructure, and returns the response.
Account and keys
The user is responsible for a valid email, password safety, API key safety, and access to their clients.
Do not share a key with third parties or publish it in repositories, logs, chats, or client-side code.
If a key may be compromised, revoke or rotate it and contact support.
Balance and charges
The balance is prepaid credits: 100 credits = ₽1. Credits are charged for the tokens actually processed at the model's rate; the price of every request is shown in the dashboard.
Top-ups: Russian card, SBP, crypto, or an international card. Requests that end in an error are normally not charged; if a charge was made by mistake, contact support and we return the credits to the balance.
When the balance runs out, new requests stop; keys, history, and settings are kept.
The primary record of operations is the charge log in the dashboard.
Bonus and referral credits are not cash and may have separate use rules.
Availability and limits
The service depends on network conditions, model limits, and maintenance, so individual requests may fail, retry, or hit rate limits.
The operator may temporarily restrict access if requests threaten security, create excessive load, bypass limits, or violate acceptable use rules.
Prohibited use
Illegal activity, malware, spam, phishing, bypassing protections, infringement, and attacks on the service are prohibited.
The user is responsible for request content, model outputs, and compliance with the platforms they integrate with.

The operator may update terms, prices, available models, and technical limits. The current version is published on this page.
